Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Growzap Android app, growzap.cloud, and related services (together, the "Service"), operated by TZAP Marketing (OPC) Private Limited. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Sponsor Policy.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business (as a Business or Partner account), you confirm you are authorized to accept these Terms on that business's behalf.

Growzap is a two-sided engagement platform. Users complete verified engagement tasks (such as watching a YouTube video, viewing an Instagram or Facebook post, or visiting a website) and earn rewards once genuine completion is verified. Businesses fund campaigns and pay only for engagement our verification engine confirms as genuine. Partners earn a share of qualifying activity generated through their referral link.

Growzap is not a game of chance, gambling, or betting service. Rewards are earned strictly for completing and verifying real, disclosed tasks — never for random chance, wagering, or prediction outcomes.

Reward balance, campaign balance, referral earnings, and bonus balance shown in your Growzap wallet are internal ledger entries, not legal tender, and have no cash value until redeemed through options we make available in the app, subject to our Refund Policy. We may set minimum redemption thresholds, verification holds, and processing timelines for redemptions.

Every submitted task is checked by our verification engine before a reward is credited. We may request additional proof, delay crediting during a hold period, or reject a submission that we reasonably determine to be fraudulent, automated, duplicated, or otherwise inconsistent with genuine engagement. Repeated invalid submissions may result in suspension of your account.

Registered users may share a personal referral link. When someone joins using your link and completes qualifying activity, you may earn a percentage of that activity for as long as their account remains active, at the rate displayed in the app at the time (currently up to 5%, subject to change). Self-referral, referring your own duplicate accounts, or using the same device to create multiple referred accounts is prohibited and any resulting earnings may be reversed. Referral earnings are credited only after a hold period and verification.

Business accounts may create a campaign by funding a campaign balance and defining task requirements. Campaigns are reviewed before going live and may be approved, rejected, or paused at our discretion if they violate these Terms, applicable law, or platform policies referenced in our Sponsor Policy. Unused, eligible campaign balance may be refunded in accordance with our Refund Policy.

You agree not to:

use bots, emulators, VPNs, or multiple accounts to fraudulently generate rewards; submit false proof of task completion; attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with our verification engine; upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful campaign content; or use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable law or the Google Play Developer Program Policies.

The Growzap name, logo, app, and platform are the property of TZAP Marketing (OPC) Private Limited. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms, fraudulent activity, or as required by law. Upon termination, any unredeemed balance obtained through fraudulent activity may be forfeited; otherwise we will handle remaining balances in accordance with our Refund Policy.

You may delete your account at any time from the app or by contacting info@growzap.cloud. See our Privacy Policy for how your data is handled after deletion.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Growzap's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to ₹5,000 (Indian Rupees five thousand) or the amount of your unredeemed wallet balance, whichever is higher. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold Growzap and TZAP Marketing (OPC) Private Limited harmless from any claim arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in the app or by email, and continued use of the Service after such changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
